How
do I make a purchase?
You may purchase GCash from our secure server
using a number of methods including:

Credit
Cards - VISA and MASTERCARD.
- ePayment
Options - FIREPAY.
- Wire
Transfers.
- Coming
Soon - We are constantly exploring new purchasing
methods to improve the G.Cash service.
G.Cash
reserves the right to dictate the transaction
limits and cumulative deposits to the G.Cash system.
Currently the following limits are in place:

Minimum GCash purchase using a Credit Card:

Purchases using a Credit Card(s) may require
a credit application form. Approval can be
obtained by filling out the credit application
form.

How
do I make a redemption?
Cashing money from G.Cash is simple.
Using
your username and password on our secure server,
you enter the amount you wish to withdraw and
the money is on its way. No need for complicated
procedures and PIN numbers.
Depending
on the nature of the business, G.Cash reserves
the right to decide the manner by which you
can cash your money out. These methods may include
credit card, check, or a combination of the
two. G.Cash reserves the right to decide the
transaction and redemption limits from the G.Cash
system. Currently the following limits are in
place:
- Minimum
GCash Redemption: $10.00 on balances greater
than $10.00. Checks under $10.00 will not
be issued. Your account will be credited with
the same amount.
- Some
requests may require additional forms.
Please
allow five business days for the credit card
transaction to be processed (depending on your
credit card issuer) and 30 days for the check
to arrive at your door. G.Cash requests that
you allow 30 days from cashout for receipt of
the check.
G.Cash
also reserves the right to combine any of your
account balances into one for payment purposes
only. G.Cash further reserves the right to require
users to complete and execute any forms it deems
necessary prior to processing a payment. Users
may also be required to provide back-up documentation
including (but not limited to) credit card statements
and photo identification.

Are
there any service charges?
There are no service charges levied by G.Cash
for purchasing GCash by credit card. Once you
input all the relevant information, your GCash
should be available to you in less than a minute.

Do
you accept wire transfers?
G.Cash accepts all wire transfers in U.S. funds.
Wire transfers sent to G.Cash for deposit to
your account should be available within 20 minutes
of receipt by G.Cash, assuming that it is received
during business hours. You will be notified
by email upon receipt of your wire transfer.
There are no service charges levied by G.Cash
for wire transfers.
Bonus:
G.Cash will credit your account $15.00 on any
wire transfer deposit from $250.00 to $500.00
and $25.00 for deposits over $501.00.
