G.Cash & G.Cash Personal Account

These terms and conditions apply to your use of G.Cash and G.Cash Personal Accounts. G.Cash is a Web-based company that offers online purchase methods to consumers. G.Cash and G.Cash Personal Accounts accept Visa, Mastercard, FirePay and Wire Transfers as methods of purchasing goods from authorized G.Cash merchants and for funding your G.Cash Personal Account.

You should read these terms and conditions in their entirety as they do affect your rights. G.Cash may amend this agreement at anytime without directly notifying you. It is your responsibility to understand these terms and conditions and with your continued use of G.Cash and your G.Cash Personal Account you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.

1. Definition of terms

• G.Cash is the legal name of our company and is the online method through which our members or account holders interact with us.
  
• Personal Account is the means by which you, the account holder, interact with G.Cash to purchase goods and/or services in exchange for monies. You set up this account with your personal information.
  
• User, Member or Account Holder refers to you or any other person using the G.Cash system.

2. User Responsibilities

• Eligibility - To register a G.Cash Personal Account you must meet the following conditions; you must be at least 18 years of age; you must be the age of majority in the jurisdiction you currently inhabit; you must agree to abide by these terms and conditions; you must not use this service to break or violate any law.
• Multiple Accounts - You will not register more than one G.Cash Personal Account. If more than one account is registered, G.Cash reserves the right to terminate all accounts with no prior notification. Abuse may result in the restriction of use from the G.Cash system.
• Account Information - A User’s account must be completed properly and all information therein must be valid and up-to-date. User agrees to never fraudulently register an account on our system. Abusing the G.Cash system will result in immediate termination and restriction. Persons caught impersonating someone else will be responsible for any costs and/or losses incurred as a result of their fraudulent activity. All fraudulent accounts will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. Your account must contain a valid and functional email address. It is your responsibility to notify us if your email address has changed. G.Cash reserves the right to request additional information about its members at anytime.
  
• Usage - User acknowledges that the use of the G.Cash system and G.Cash Personal Accounts is for the purchase and sale of goods and services over the Internet. G.Cash may not be used for any illegal activity under any laws applicable to you the user. We are not responsible for any good and/or services purchased through G.Cash. Any dispute must be resolved between the two parties. It is the the sole discretion of the user whether the goods and services and the use of these goods and services are legal.
• Funding - A G.Cash Personal Account can be funded by a user multiple times using the authorized payment methods. By requesting G.Cash to fund your account using the specified payment methd you are agreeing to allow us to debit your selected payment method (i.e. Visa, Mastercard, FirePay etc.). Once funded your account is intended for use purchasing goods and/or services through G.Cash. All attempts to fund your account will be confirmed via electronic receipt (i.e. email notification).
• Account Activity - G.Cash provides all of its members accounting tools for tracking their account activity. These tools also allow account holders to change their personal account information at any time.
• Redemptions - Whenever possible we will refund the balance of your G.Cash Personal Account back to your original method of payment, upon your request. If your balance exceeds that of your original purchase amount, the remaining balance will be sent to you via cheque. Please allow up to 48 hours for processing.
• Privacy - Each user agrees to the terms of or Privacy Policy. You agree to have your name and email address made available as identification to anyone that you have used the G.Cash system to make a purchase. G.Cash agrees to never divulge this information, or to never use it for any reason other than identification.
• Password - Your account password is your responsibility and it is up to you not to divulge this information to anyone else. If you lose your password or suspect someone else has obtained it, it is your responsibility to notify G.Cash of this problem immediately. G.Cash is not responsible for losses incurred by its members as a result of misused or lost passwords.
• Indemnification - All members release G.Cash, and its respective affiliates and subsidiary companies and their respective employees, agents, officers, and directors (including advertising and promotional agencies) from any and all liability with respect to acceptance, receipt, use or misuse of any product or service as a result of purchases through G.Cash.

3. Miscellaneous Disclaimers

• Minors (defined as under 18 years of age) are prohibited from the use of this website.
• G.Cash Limited ("G.Cash") reserves the right to refuse services of this website to any individual.
• G.Cash shall not be responsible for technical difficulties associated with its website. In particular, but without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing, G.Cash will not be liable to any person; (a) in the event of force majeure; (b) for the failure of, or damage thereof; or (c) for delays, losses, errors or omissions resulting from failure of any telecommunications or other data transmission systems. G.Cash will not be liable for any loss as a result of an act of God, an outbreak of hostilities, riot, civil disturbance, acts of terrorism, the act of any Government of authority (including refusal or revocation of any license or consent), fire, explosion, flood, theft, malicious damage, strike, lock-out, or industrial action of any kind.
• G.Cash will not be liable for any loss of whatever nature arising from the cancellation of services.
• The electronic records maintained by G.Cash shall be the official register of all transactions.
• G.Cash reserves the right to request additional documentation to confirm users identity prior to processing any transactions.
• G.Cash also reserves the right to combine any of your account balances into one for payment purposes only.
• G.Cash reserves the right to dictate the transaction limits and cumulative deposits to the G.Cash system.
• G.Cash reserves the right to process payments as they see fit.
• G.Cash is not responsible for charges against G.Cash customers by their credit card issuers associated with use of this website.
• If the name on your G.Cash account does not match the name on the credit card(s) used for purchases, any purchase with that account will be declined.
• G.Cash is not responsible for delays by settlement companies or credit card issuers on credit card transactions in their favor.
• G.Cash is not responsible for delays in receipt of wire transfers. Wire transfers will be deposited into users account within 20 minutes of receipt.
• G.Cash reserves the right to amend these rules and regulations from time to time and to vary any of them without prior notice.
• Bonuses provided by G.Cash are available only to each unique register and subject to all rules and regulations posted by G.Cash.

These rules and regulations constitute the entire agreement between the parties and may not be modified by the user without the express written consent of G.Cash.
