Who can join the promo?
All GCash subscribers nationwide except for employees of Globe Telecom, Telepreneur, Ebiz and other MLMs and its subsidiaries and their families up to 2nd degree of affinity and consanguinity.

What are the promo mechanics?
For each week from September 29, 2017 – December 21, 2017, there will be a featured GCash usage scenario which will provide entitlement to an e-raffle entry. The reference code is auto- generated by 2882.
What are prizes and raffle dates of the promo?
Please refer to the table below for the details of the promo. All raffle draw will happen at 32nd Floor, The Financial and Trade Tower, 32nd Street cor 7th Avenue, Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City.
Additional mechanics for the 2-min Robinsons’s Department Store shopping
- Winner must arrive at the nearest Robinsons Supermarket by 6AM.
- Winner must present a valid government ID to the GCash representative to validate identity of the winner.
- Winner will be given 2 minutes or a maximum of P30,000 to shop grocery items from Robinsons Supermarket.
- Liquor and baby products are not part of the items which they can get.
- Broken items/damaged items due to challenge will be transacted first
- If winner exceeds on the total amount given, winner needs to take out some products from his/her cart.
- Winner can bring his/her family at the store but only the winner will do the challenge.
- If the winner is from outside Metro Manila, GCash representatives will go to the nearest Robinsons Supermarket from the winner to facilitate the activity.
- No attendance of the winner on the challenge day itself, will forfeit the chance to do the grocery challenge.
Do they need to do all the task?
For the weekly prizes, they have to do the GCash task assigned for the week. While for the Grand Raffle, they don’t need to do all the tasks, as long as they do one of the tasks from Week 1 -11.
What if they skipped one task?
Even though the customer skipped tasks, they are still eligible to join the grand raffle draw or join other weekly activities.
In case customer used their GCash but not the task specified for the week, will they still qualify? Will they be notified?
In order to be qualified, they need to do the designated task for each week.
In case customer did not receive a reference code, what’s the handling?
The reference code is auto- generated by 2882. Customer may also call 2882 and have their transactions checked by the agent. Or customer can check their transactions via the GCash app too.
What will be the basis of raffle entry?
For every GCash transaction, there will be a reference code. The reference code will be the automatic raffle entry sent by 2882.
Do I need to save these reference codes?
All reference codes will be at the end of 2882 SMS for every transaction. Please ensure that they don’t delete the 2882 trail.

Will they be able to know the number of entries?
Yes, they can just track their transaction history.
Can they have multiple entries for the week?
Yes, given that they do the specified task for the week.
Can they win more than once?
Yes. As long as they do the required task every week, they have a chance to be chosen as a winner again.
Do I need to register to join the promo?
As long you are registered to GCash, no need to register anymore. But it is required if you are still not registered to GCash.
If I’m not yet registered to GCash, how can I register?
You may download the GCash app or dial *143# then choose GCash to register.
If I wasn’t able to win on the weekly raffle, are my entries are still eligible for the grand raffle promo?
Yes, your entries are still eligible for the grand raffle promo.
How will I know if I won? When will I know the winners?
Winners will be informed through the following channels:
A call from GCash representative – No need to present/say the reference code.
Will be posted in GCash Facebook and send a written letter.
How will my transaction be counted or submitted as valid entry?
Your reference number for each of qualifying transaction will be your raffle entry.
If customer processed more than 1 transaction, does this mean it’s an additional entry?
Yes, as long as their transactions are in the featured use case within the promo period.
What if my entry (ies) is drawn more than once?
Only 1 entry will be drawn as the winner since there will only be 1 winner every week.
How can I claim the prize?
Prizes will be delivered to the address indicated on their GCash registered account free of charge. If customer needs to change the address for delivery, he/she just needs to advise us upon our call with them. The winner just needs to present their valid IDs as well.
How long will be the delivery of prizes?
Prizes will be delivered within 7 working days.
In case that I won’t be able to accept the prize upon the delivery, can I give an authorization?
Yes, you can provide an authorization. Please provide a copy of your authorization letter and provide a photocopy of your I.D. with signature.
I wasn’t able to claim the prize, also, I wasn’t able to provide authorization letter. Where and how long can I claim my prize?
You can claim the prize up to 60 days after the announcement of winners. You can visit GCash’s office at 32nd Floor, The Financial and Trade Tower, 32nd Street cor 7th Avenue, Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City.
What’s the maximum period for claiming the prize?
We will deliver the prize to the winner so there will be no claiming here at TFT. Our maximum period to deliver the prizes is within 60 days.
