- The promo is valid to verified GCash users who have never linked a bank account or debit card to GCash before.
- Promo period: August 23 to October 31, 2019
- To join the promo, users must link either a bank account or a debit card to the GCash App during the promo period.
- Users who already have a linked a bank account or debit card before are not eligible to join.
- Qualified users who join the promo will get a free Chowking Pork Chao fan. Prizes will be sent via SMS e-voucher within 5 working days from the linking date. In the event of unforeseen technical difficulties, GCash will ensure that eligible customers are able to receive their reward at the soonest possible time.
- Limit of one reward per customer, regardless of how many bank accounts or GCash accounts he / she has.
- To redeem the FREE Chowking Pork Chao Fan, the customer must proceed to any participating Chowking stores nationwide and present the SMS with the promo code in exchange for the corresponding free item.
- One (1) code is equivalent to one (1) free Chowking Pork Chao Fan. Each code may only be used once.
- All unredeemed code(s) will be forfeited after the redemption period. In addition, the code cannot be exchanged for cash, other products or discounts. The code is not valid in conjunction with any ongoing promotions or discounts of Chowking. Any remaining prizes will be forfeited if not enough eligible users join the promo.
- In case of dispute in respect to the GCash subscriber’s eligibility, actual SMS, code presented, etc., GCash’s decision shall prevail. All questions or disputes regarding the subscriber’s eligibility for the promo or for any redemption shall be resolved by GCash at its discretion.
- GCash reserves the right and has the authority to deny rewards for incorrect user data, fraudulent transactions, or promo abuse.

Link your bank account or debit card to GCash within the promo period.
Open the GCash App, click the menu (3 lines) on the top left corner of the app, and click ‘Linked Accounts’. Choose the BPI OR the debit card icon and follow the steps from there.
Do not ever give your bank details, password, or OTP to another person even if they claim to be GCash representatives. We will never contact you or ask you to share these details except when you are asked to enter your details directly into the official GCash App.
Once you have linked your bank account, simply open the GCash app and click Cash-In > Online Banking. After that, just choose the account you have linked and follow the instructions from there. You will be asked to confirm the transaction and you will receive a confirmation message once the transfer is done.
For some banks, you will be sent a one-time pin (OTP) to confirm the transfer. Remember that you must not share your OTP with anyone. GCash and BPI will never call or text to ask you for your OTP.
Open the app and click the menu (3 lines) on the top left corner of the screen. You may find your status below your mobile number.
You just need to download or update to the latest GCash App, open the menu (three lines) on the top left corner of the screen, and click the verification status under your mobile number. A message will appear telling you to get verified and you can follow the steps from there.
You will get a notification around 30 minutes after completing the verification process. After you receive the notification, you can already link your bank account.
Unfortunately, no. Only users that have not linked a bank account or debit card to GCash before can avail of the promo.
Rewards will be automatically sent to your registered GCash mobile number via SMS e-voucher within 5 working days from your successful linking date.
