If you have done the GCash cash in process in the app and your Paypal account has been deducted but the amount is not added to your GCash available balance, the transfer of money from the Paypal’s system may have not completed successfully. To facilitate checking and validation in case a refund should be made, you may contact GCash Care and provide the following information:

  • Paypal Email
  • Paypal Transaction ID
  • Transaction Date & Time
  • Amount
  • Screenshot of the transaction confirmation email sent by Paypal
