GCash Basics: Registration and Getting Started

What is GCash?

GCash is a BSP-regulated mobile money service that lets you buy load, purchase items, send and receive money, pay bills, and more using your Globe or TM mobile number. Imagine your wallet being inside your phone, and you get to buy more and spend less. That’s GCash!

How do I create a GCash account?

With GCash, your account is your Globe or TM mobile number. Registration is done through a simple, one-time process via the GCash App or dialing *143#. After registration, these channels can be also be used to access your GCash account:

Via the GCash App

  • Download the app
  • Enter your mobile number and click Register in the prompt
  • Provide the necessary information as prompted
  • Nominate a 4-digit MPIN

Note: Your GCash mobile number must be the activated SIM in your phone to ensure a successful in-App registration.

Via *143#

  • On your phone, dial *143# then select 'GCash'
  • Select 'GCash', then 'Register'
  • Nominate a 4-digit MPIN
  • Provide the necessary information as prompted

How can I use GCash if I use a dual sim phone?

With the new GCash App, you can use your GCash account through any phone since you only need to enter your mobile number. With USSD menus, you must dial *143#, *119#, or *137# with the GCash-registered mobile number.

Can I have more than one GCash account?

You can create GCash accounts for every Globe or TM SIM you have. However, you can only undergo the verification process for up to two different mobile numbers. These numbers will share your wallet limits.

What is an MPIN?

The GCash MPIN or Mobile Personal Identification Number is a four-digit passcode that you will use for all your GCash transactions. It serves as a password to make sure you are the one transacting with your GCash account. This will be asked from you upon registration.

For your protection, do not share your MPIN, delete all messages containing your MPIN immediately, and regularly change your MPIN. If you forgot your MPIN, call our hotline 2882 to have it reset.

Note: You cannot reuse an MPIN from your last 3 changes.

How do I fund my GCash wallet?

'Cash-In' is the process of putting money in your GCash Wallet (or converting your regular cash to GCash). There are several ways to load your GCash wallet:

  1. GCash Partner Outlets (GPOs)
  2. Mobile Facilities
    1. PayPal (Learn more here.)
    2. BPI Mobile Banking: BPI to GCash 
    3. Coins.PH (via their App)

How do I withdraw my GCash?

'Cash-Out' is the process of getting money out of your GCash Wallet (or converting GCash to regular cash). There are several ways to do this:

a. GCash Partner Outlets (GPOs)
b. ATM Withdrawal
c. GCash to BPI Transfer (Learn more here.)

Note that you must be verified to do Cash-Out transactions and these transactions have corresponding fees.

Why am I not allowed to do some GCash services?

Some GCash services require you to be a verified customer, such as Send Money and Cash-Out. Click here or read below to learn more about customer verification.

Why was I unable to link my PayPal and GCash accounts?

Please ensure that your credentials in your PayPal and GCash wallet match. For further assistance, please contact GCash Care or call our hotline at 2882.

Customer Verification

What is Customer Verification?

The customer verification or Know-Your-Customer (KYC) is a process required by the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas when dealing with financial accounts and is a one-time validation of a GCash user’s identity.

How can I get verified?

Visit our Facebook verification page for our online video verification. You may also visit a GCash Partner Outlet that processes verification (such as Globe Stores and selected Villarica and Tambunting outlets).

What are the valid I.D.'s I can use for verification?

You may present any of the following I.D.'s:

  • Passport
  • Driver's License
  • SSS Card / GSIS E-Card
  • NBI Clearance
  • PRC ID
  • Police Clearance
  • Postal ID
  • Barangay Certification
  • Senior Citizen Card
  • Overseas Workers Welfare Administration (OWWA) ID
  • OFW ID

Note: The I.D. you will present should be signed by both the government agency and the customer, and should not be expired.

Why should I get verified?

When you get verified, you are able to do the following transactions:

  • Send Money to other GCash users
  • Cash-Out or withdraw funds
  • Use a GCash Mastercard linked to your account

Aside from accessing all GCash services, you will also increase your wallet limits from Php 40,000 to Php 100,000.

If I have more than one GCash account, do I have to verify each one?

Verification for all of your numbers is not mandatory, but non-verified GCash accounts will have limited access to GCash services and lower buying capacity.

Maintaining my Account

Is there a minimum balance I have to maintain?

No, GCash does not have a minimum balance. However, keep your account active to avoid being charged a Php50 maintenance fee.

What is the GCash maintenance fee?

GCash wallets that have no GCash transactions (or what we also call "dormant") will be charged Php50. GCash will give customers a 6-month window to transact with their GCash in order to give them enough time to transact before being tagged as dormant. If your wallet balance is lower than 50, you will only be charged the amount that is in your wallet.

How is a GCash wallet tagged as dormant or inactive?

Your GCash wallet is inactive when it has not had any wallet movement in the past 6 months (12 months for PowerPay+ customers). 

GCash wallet is tagged as a candidate for dormancy at 11:59PM on the 10th day of the month that it has been inactive for 5 months. A month before you reach 6 months, you will receive a text notifying that you are a candidate for dormancy, If you have not transacted by the date indicated in the message (10th day of the 6th month), you are given dormancy status and will be charged the GCash maintenance fee of Php50. 

Until when will I be charged with the GCash maintenance fee?

As long as you don't do any GCash transaction, you will be charged P50 every month. We will continue to incur monthly charges until your wallet has no remaining balance. This is done only once a month to give you a chance to transact. Once you have done a transaction, you will be tagged as active already and will restart the 6-month count for inactivity.

What transactions can I do to lift the dormancy status of my wallet?

To make sure you don’t get charged a maintenance fee, do any transaction with wallet movement such as:

  • Buy Load
  • Pay Bills
  • Send Money
  • Purchase via GCash MasterCard
  • Use GCash American Express® Virtual Pay
  • Make Web Payments via GCash
  • Mobile Banking
  • Cash-In

What happens if I have no more funds in my GCash wallet?

You will not be charged a dormancy fee anymore, but if you are still tagged as inactive, your GCash wallet will become a candidate for deactivation.

For example, you were charged a dormancy fee in January, making your wallet balance 0. If you do not do any GCash transaction with wallet movement, your GCash wallet will be deactivated in February.

Cash-In: PayPal

What is the GCash-PayPal partnership about?

GCash and PayPal have collaborated to provide you with greater freedom in accessing your available PayPal balance through the GCash app. Whether you are selling goods or services online or receiving overseas payments, you can now link your PayPal account to GCash, transfer your available PayPal balance to your GCash account and withdraw it through your GCash MasterCard at over 13,000 BancNet ATMs located across the Philippines.

What are the benefits of using PayPal through my GCash account?

How does PayPal work?

PayPal is the world's leading online payment solution that allows you to send or receive payments easily and safely. We made it easier for small businesses and freelancers to get paid online and on the go. All you need is to sign up for a PayPal account through the GCash app, and you can start requesting and receiving payments from almost anyone around the world. Sign up for a PayPal account here.

How do I link my PayPal account to my GCash account?

  1. Download and log in to the GCash App
  2. On the side menu, go to ‘My Account’ then click select “PayPal”
  3. Enter a valid email address you used to register to your PayPal account.
  4.  Log in through the PayPal page that will be prompted, then click “Authorize”
  5. Tap the "Authorize" button (in yellow) on the bottom right of the page.

If the credentials on your GCash account matches your PayPal account, you will receive a successful account linking message within the GCash app. You will also receive an email confirmation from PayPal stating that you've signed up for a "preapproved payments plan" with G-Xchange, Inc.

You'll only need to link your PayPal account to your GCash once. After you've completed a one-time authorization, you should be able to withdraw funds from your GCash.

Why can't I see the PayPal linking page?

If you are using an Android phone, please check your Android OS. Android OS Kitkat (OS 4.4) and below does not support PayPal linking. For a better PayPal linking experience, please use a device with Android Lollipop (OS 5.0) and later OS versions.

How do I transfer funds from my linked PayPal account to GCash?

  1. Log in to the GCash App
  2. Tap ‘Cash-In’ at the bottom of the GCash App, and select ‘PayPal’.
  3. Choose the currency of the available balance from your PayPal account that you'd like to transfer to your GCash wallet. PayPal balances denominated in non-PHP currencies and transferred to the GCash wallet are automatically converted into PHP.
  4. Enter the amount you wish to transfer (more than P1.00)
  5. Confirm the desired transfer amount and currency.

You will receive a notification within the app if your transaction is successful. You will also receive an SMS from 2882 (GCash) stating the amount transferred from your PayPal account to your GCash wallet.

Will PayPal accounts based in other countries be eligible for this service?

No, only PayPal accounts registered in the Philippines are eligible for this service.

How do I disable PayPal from my GCash account?

Log in to your PayPal account to remove GCash account at any time. You will receive an email confirmation from PayPal stating that your preapproved plan with G-Xchange, Inc. has been cancelled.

PowerPay+

What is GCash PowerPay+?

GCash PowerPay+ is a funds payout service offered by G-Xchange, Inc. to various companies. Through PowerPay+, employees of partner companies receive their salaries through GCash which they can use for GCash mobile money services in addition to withdrawing their salaries from any of the 13,000 ATMs and 7,000 GCash Partner Outlets nationwide.

How can I use PowerPay+?

Only employees from a partner company of GCash have access to PowerPay+. GCash offers this product directly to employers instead of individuals.

A PowerPay+ user can do the following:

  • Withdraw salary from any of the 13,000 ATMs and 7,000 GCash Partner Outlets nationwide
  • Do cashless transactions via Point-of Sale (POS) terminals, for free
  • Buy load for all networks, with instant rebates for Globe and TM)
  • Pay bills to various merchants such as Globe Postpaid or Broadband, utility companies, and government agencies
  • Send money for free

What are the benefits of using PowerPay+?

Companies (and their employees) can benefit greatly from PowerPay+. There are two possible packages being offered to companies. Refer to the list of companies below for your reference.

Who should I coordinate with for insurance claims?

ACE Insurance is our partner to help handle all of your insurance benefits. For claims, simply submit the complete requirements to your company's HR department and ACE Insurance will directly coordinate with them for updates and other concerns. Can non-Globe customers avail of PowerPay+?

PowerPay+ is linked to the GCash mobile wallet. All employees using PowerPay+ are required to have a Globe SIM to enjoy the benefits of this service.

What is the difference between my GCash wallet and PowerPay+ account?

Your PowerPay+ account and the GCash number linked to this account are one and the same. Whatever balance you have from either of the two is automatically updated everytime you transact using your PowerPay+ card or your GCash registered mobile number.

PowerPay+ customers have a higher wallet limit compared to customers who are not registered to GCash through their company. A PowerPay+ GCash wallet has a Php 500,000 limit versus the regular Php 100,000 limit.

How can I withdraw my salary if I do not have my PowerPay+ card with me?

Just visit any GCash outlet with your GCash registered mobile number that's linked to your PowerPay+ account. The store representative will process your transaction and you will have to reply with your MPIN to complete the transaction. Afterward, you will receive the cash from the store representative.

Can I put money in my PowerPay+ account that's not part of my salary?

Yes, simply visit any GCash outlet with your GCash registered mobile number linked to your Powerpay+ account. Give the cash to the Store representative for processing. You'll receive a text notification that you have received the cash amount you gave in the form of GCash. Cash-in to self is FREE of charge!

Does my PowerPay+ account earn interest?

PowerPay+ is a GCash account that does not earn interest. However, there is no maintaining balance required for you to continuously use the account.

What are the charges applicable to GCash mobile money transactions?

Starting March 15, 2016, dormant wallets [PowerPay+ GCash wallets without any monetary transaction such as buy load, pay bills, send money, or carded transactions for twelve (12) months] shall be charged P50 GCash every 10th day of each month that the wallet remains dormant. Charging will start on the 13th month of inactivity.

NOTE: Transactions fees will be deducted from your GCash wallet.

Can I still use my PowerPay+ card after my employment in the company has passed?

Yes you may still use your PowerPay+ after your employment but you will no longer receive salaries through it. You will have to visit our outlets to put in money or cash-in to your account.

Your insurance also expires after employment.

How is PowerPay+ card different from the GCash Card?

The PowerPay+ card is issued by our partner companies as employers to their identified personnel. It is used as a salary payout tool with specific benefits to partner companies like FREE withdrawal and insurance coverage.

The regular GCash Card (not under companies) also enables the user to use his card with POS terminals and ATMs, but it does not have the same benefits such as free withdrawals.

How can I withdraw using my GCash PowerPay+ ATM Card?

Withdrawal using your GCash PowerPay+ ATM card follow the same steps as your other ATMs. Just go to any ATM, insert your card and follow the instructions. Key-in your GCash MPIN to complete the transaction. You'll receive a text notification for confirmation - it's that easy!

I forgot my GCash MPIN. How can I request for a new MPIN?

Just call 2882 to reset you MPIN. A customer representative will provide you a temporary MPIN which you need to change within 5 minutes. To change your MPIN, dial *143#, choose "GCash", select "Account", then "Change PIN".

Is there a maximum amount that I can put in my GCash wallet?

Yes. Your GCash account has a P500,000 wallet limit. You can only transact up to P500,000 monthly as mandated by the Banko Sentral ng Pilipinas.

How much can I withdraw per day?

You can withdraw up to P40, 000 daily from any ATM. However, the amount per withdrawal transaction differs depending on the ATM/bank where you made the withdrawal.

How do I use my GCash PowerPay+ ATM Card in credit card terminals?

Here's a simple step by step process:

  1. Present your PowerPay+ ATM Card to the cashier for payment.
  2. Cashier will swipe your GCash PowerPay+ ATM Card in the POS terminal, key in the payment amount and select the account to be deducted (savings or current). Select "Savings".
  3. Cashier will hand you the PIN pad. Please check if the amount entered is correct.
  4. Key in your MPIN and press "Enter". Make sure that no one can see your MPIN. Cashier will return your PowerPay+ ATM Card and approved transaction receipts.

If I am asked by the merchant about the account type (Savings or Current) of my GCash Card, which one would it be?

GCash PowerPay+ ATM Card account type falls under "Savings". Just inform cashier to select Savings.

Will I use the same GCash MPIN on mobile and ATM?

Yes, the GCash MPIN that you will need to enter on the POS PIN pad is the same 4-digit GCash MPIN that you use for your GCash mobile and ATM transactions.

Is there a transaction fee for using the GCash card on a merchant's POS?

No additional fees would be charged for GCash Card transactions on merchant's POS.

Will I receive an SMS notification from 2882 after every POS transaction I make using my GCash Card?

Yes, you will still receive an SMS notification from 2882 informing you of the transaction you have just made including the amount paid to the merchant. Here is a sample SMS Confirmation Message from 2882:

"You have paid 10000.00 of GCash via GCash Card on 03-12-12 01:04 PM. Your new balance is 15000.00. Ref no. 123456789. Please keep a copy of your reference nos. to track your transactions. Globe GCash. Love the way you Pay!"

Do I also get a printed transaction slip for the GCash Card-POS transaction that I have made?

Yes, you will get a printed transaction slip from the merchant / cashier. This will be more or less similar to what is usually provided when you do a debit card / credit card transaction on a POS terminal.

Can I inquire about my GCash balance using the POS terminal? If yes, is there a charge for balance inquiries?

Yes, you may inquire your GCash balance using the POS terminal. There's no charge for balance inquiries done using the POS terminal.

GCash Remit

What is GCash Remit?

GCash Remit is a service that allows you to remit money (from the Philippines or abroad) and have it picked up from any location in the Philippines.

Why should I use GCash Remit?

It's a fast, affordable (compared to other cash pick-up services), convenient and secure method of remitting money!

The recipient/s don't have to be a Globe/ TM customer, but if the recipient has a Globe/TM mobile phone, he or she will get an automatic SMS informing them of the remittance and the GCash Remit REFERENCE CODE

How does GCash Remit work?

The sender must go to a GCash Remit-accredited remittance partner (either abroad or local), fill out the partner's remittance form, present a valid ID, pay, and then finally receive a receipt with a reference code, which should be passed to the recipient of the amount remitted.

If the recipient has an active mobile number, sender may provide the recipient's mobile number to the remittance partner. The recipient will receive an SMS notification which bears the reference code. The recipient can then go to any GCash Remit outlet that accepts GCash Remit payouts in the Philippines only, fill out the GCash Service Form and present a valid ID before receiving the money.

Note: The sender pays the service fee for the money transfer. Service fee abroad depends on the partner's pricing while locally, sender pays a fee depending on the amount sent.

Should the recipient be registered to GCash to claim the remittance?

The recipient need not be registered to GCash to claim the remittance and need not be a Globe/TM customer either. Even recipients without a mobile phone can claim a GCash Remit remittance.

How will the recipient know that there's a remittance to be claimed?

If the recipient has a mobile number, he will receive an SMS message from Access Number 2887 informing him of the remittance. This assumes that the sender has provided the recipient's mobile number to the remittance partner where he made the transaction. The SMS message from 2887 contains the transaction reference number which the recipient would need to claim the remittance.

2887: "Punta na kayo sa GCash Remit outlet para kunin ang inyong remittance. Ipakita ang ref. no.AB123456 at ID. Call 2882 para malaman ang GCash Remit outlet na malapit sa inyo.

Translated as, "Go to any GCash Remit outlet to claim you remittance. Please present your ref. no. AB123456 and ID. You may call 2882 to learn which GCash Remit outlet is near your place."

If the recipient does not have a mobile number, the sender will have to be the one to inform the recipient of the transaction reference code.

Where can the recipient claim the remittance?

The remittance can be claimed at any GCash Remit outlet accepting GCash Remit payouts. The recipient can call 2882 toll-free from his Globe/TM mobile phone or 739-2882 from a landline to know where the nearest GCash Remit outlet is.

Is there a service fee for this transaction?

The recipient will not be charged any service fee when he claims the remittance.

What does the recipient need to present in order to claim the remittance?

The recipient has to bring with him the transaction reference code, as well as a valid ID. He cannot authorize another person to claim the remittance on his behalf. The full name of the recipient and his address, which you encode in GCash Wire Portal, has to match the same information on the recipient's ID.

The recipient has received a notice from 2887 regarding a remittance through GCash Remit. Why wasn't it accepted at the GCash outlet?

After the SMS message has been sent to the recipient, the sender can still cancel the transaction by going to the remittance partner where he made the transaction. If the sender decides to cancel the transaction, the recipient will get a message from 2887 informing him of the cancellation. In case the recipient does not have a Globe/TM mobile phone, the sender has to inform the recipient about the cancellation.

2887: "Sorry, ang inyong remittance na may ref. no. WC167692 ay hindi na maaaring ma-claim. Mabuting makipag-ugnayan po kayo sa sender sa lalong madaling panahon."

Translated as, "Sorry, but your remittance under ref. no. WC167692 is not available anymore. You may contact your sender regarding this the soonest."

Here are other possible reasons:

  • The beneficiary provided an incomplete or incorrect reference code to the outlet.
  • The sender provided the wrong name or address and the discrepancy is major.
  • The beneficiary presented an invalid ID or has no ID at all.

Will the recipient be charged for the SMS message received from 2887?

The recipient will not be charged for the message from 2887.

HDMF/Pag-Ibig Bills Payment via GCash

What types of Pag-IBIG contributions can I pay using GCash?

Pag-IBIG payments of P100 and P500 (depending on your individual contribution) can be paid using GCash. Pag-IBIG housing loan payments can also be settled using GCash.

Why are the payment options for P100 and P500 only?

The Pag-IBIG Fund's mandated minimum amount for Pag-IBIG I (Monthly Mandatory Savings) payments is Php100.00 while minimum amount for Pag-IBIG II payments is Php500.00.

What would I have to type in to pay for my Pag-IBIG contribution using GCash?

You will be asked to enter your 12-digit member ID.

What would I have to type in to pay for my Pag-IBIG housing loan using GCash?

You will be asked to provide the amount to be paid and the 20-digit Payment Reference Number which can be found at the upper right portion of your Housing Billing Statement.

When can I start paying my Pag-IBIG monthly contribution and/or Housing loan using GCash?

You may start paying your Pag-IBIG monthly contribution/housing loan on June 19, 2013.

What will happen if I tried using this service before June 19, 2013?

Your transaction will not push through and you will receive an SMS notification of your failed transaction which will read as: 

Thank you for your transaction. Payments for Pag-IBIG contribution and housing loans will be available starting June 19, 2013. Sorry for the inconvenience.

How can I pay for Pag-IBIG housing loan and member's monthly savings (regular - P100; and modified - P500) when I access GCash via *143#?

That's easy! Just follow these steps: 

Step 1: Dial *143#, then select GCash. 
Step 2: Select Pay Bills>Category>Government, then select your preferred Pag-IBIG service.
Step 3: Enter the following information (as required): 

For housing loan payments:

  • The amount to be paid
  • The 4-digit MPIN
  • The 20-digit payment reference number

For monthly contributions:

  • The amount to be paid
  • The 4-digit MPIN
  • The 12-digit member ID number (12 digits)
  • The period covered (yyyymm)

How do I pay for Pag-IBIG housing loan and member's monthly savings (regular - P100; and modified - P500) when I access GCash through the GCash Mobile App?

This is also easy to do! Just follow these steps:

Step 1: Launch the GCash Mobile App. 
Step 2: Select Pay Bills>Category>Government, then select your preferred Pag-IBIG service.
Step 3: Type in the following information (as required):

For housing loan payments:

  • The amount to be paid
  • The 4-digit MPIN
  • The 20-digit payment reference number

For monthly contributions:

  • The amount to be paid
  • The 4-digit MPIN
  • The 12-digit member ID number
  • The period covered (yyyymm)

What contribution periods can I pay via GCash?

You may pay your contribution for the current month and pay your succeeding month's contribution in advance. Total amount paid will be spread to the contribution period you have entered.

Can I make partial payments of my current month's contributions via GCash?

No. Payments for Pag-IBIG contributions should less than your individual contribution (i.e. if your monthly membership contribution is at P100, you cannot pay any amount less than P100).

Yes, contributions for succeeding months can be paid using GCash.

For example, if your monthly contribution is P100 and you wish to pay your current month's contribution and your succeeding month's contribution, you need to pay an amount greater than or equal to P100. To confirm your transaction, you will be receive the following message:

What will happen if I failed to pay my previous month's contribution and only opted to pay the current and succeeding month's contribution?

Your transaction wouldn't push through, if you have pending contribution payments prior to the current month (contribution period), you would be asked to settle them at any Pag-IBIG branch. Pag-IBIG contributions may only be transacted via GCash if it's covered by the current coverage period or beyond. Here are the notification messages you may receive:

How do I apply for a GCash MasterCard?

To avail of a card, simply attend any of our events, fill out the service form, and present a valid ID.

What are the requirements that I have to submit?

You just have to personally submit the completely filled-out GCash service form and your valid ID at the event booth.

Don't forget that customers below 7 years old will not be able to get their GCash MasterCard. For customers 7 years old to 18 years old, their guardian's written consent should be attached as a requirement.

How soon can I use my GCash MasterCard after activation?

You will be able to fully use the card 24 hours after activation.

And how much does that cost?

A GCash MasterCard costs P150 and comes with FREE Globe Prepaid SIM though prices may vary during a pilot even where promotional prices may apply. Some products will be given at a discounted price or even free.

How do I pay my tax via GCash?

It's easy! Just follow these simple steps and that's it!

Step 1: Download and Install the GCash App

  

Step 2: Log In to GCash App using your PIN

 

Step 3: Make sure you have sufficient funds in your GCash wallet. Your GCash App home screen will show your current balance. To know how to fund your account, visit http://www.globe.com.ph/gcash

To verify your TIN, visit the nearest BIR Revenue District Office (RDO) or call the BIR hotline (02) 981 – 8888

Can I make multiple payments via GCash to settle one tax liability?

Yes, you may make multiple payment transactions in order to settle one tax liability. E.g. If the tax liability is Php 60,000, it can be settled with one payment of Php 40,000 and another of Php 20,000.

*Remember: for Over-the-Air (OTA), you can transact up to 40,000, however if you upgrade to the full services of GCash through KYC in any GCash Partner Outlet, you can transact up to 100,000.

Can I still use GCash to pay my taxes even before filing my tax declarations?

Yes. You can pay anytime but remember to take note that tax filing and tax payments usually share the same deadlines. Please refer to the tax calendar available at the BIR website (bir.gov.ph).

How long will my payment be posted?

Payments done via GCash are posted real time.

How will I know if my payment is successful?

You will receive a text message and an in-app confirmation upon successful transaction. You may request a transaction history using your GCash App

What will be my proof of payment for my BIR tax payment?

The unique reference number provided through your GCash App and SMS upon successful payment is your proof of payment. It will also indicate the date and time of the payment transaction. You may also access your GCash Transaction History through the Mobile App and Online

    Step 1:In the side menu, select Request Transaction History.

    Step 2:Select a date range and enter your email address. Date range may be the past 7, 30, and 60 days, or custom. Make sure to include the date of your BIR payment.

     

    Step 3:Once request is successfully submitted, your transaction history will be sent to the email you nominated. Follow the instructions in the email to open the file.
