| How will I know that I am eligible for this freebie? |
| As long as you have enough points to redeem, you will be able to redeem prizes only found on the Globe Rewards app. Specific to the voucher code, this will only work GCash as the payment option. Specific to the Google Play Store Credits Load Voucher, you must be fully-verified to GCash to be able to purchase the SKU. |
| Is there a validity? |
| Your Globe Rewards points from 2020 will expire by March 31, 2021. Your GCash prizes will all be valid for 30 days from the date of receipt. |
| Until when can I redeem points? |
| Depending on the prize you want, you have 7 days to redeem points on the Globe Rewards app. Please note for each offer, there is a limited supply of vouchers that can be claimed per week. Once offers are fully claimed, even before the full 7 days, these will no longer be found in the Globe Rewards app. |
| How do I redeem? |
| Open the Globe Rewards app and click on the FLASH DEAL BANNER of the week found in the “What’s Hot” portion of the Rewards app. Redeem the corresponding prize you want. Please take note that for each week, a customer can only redeem once per week. E.g. if you redeem an NBA voucher on Feb 15, you can no longer redeem another NBA voucher. You have to wait for the next week to redeem the next prize. |
