The Management Development Program
is a 1-year program for fresh graduates which equips them to champion the fight for financial inclusion. The program will immerse the MDPs in different functions where they are expected to own and execute projects that deliver impact while developing a holistic view of the business.

Assessment Center (Jun 22)
After initial deliberations, shortlisted applicants will be invited to a 1-day assessment to get to know you better! The day ends with a Socials Night where applicants can hang out and ask top management about the company.
