Where can I cash-in?

You can cash-in through online banking or over-the-counter at Puregold, 7-Eleven, Palawan Pawnshop, or Villarica Pawnshop.

This list is updated regularly to reflect our available partners, but we also advise that you contact or check your preferred partner’s social media accounts to ensure that they are open and online before transacting.

Where can I cash-out?

You can cash-out at Puregold, Palawan Pawnshop, or Villarica Pawnshop.

Is there a GCredit penalty waiver?

Yes! If your due date is within March 17 to April 12, you are eligible for a penalty fee waiver if you are unable to pay or cash-in on your GCash account by your due date.

Please be reminded that our system will still auto-deduct your GCredit used credit limit on your due date if you have enough balance on your GCash account. GCredit interests and used credit limits are also not waived.

I forgot my MPIN. What do I do?

If you have previously nominated your security questions, simply tap Forgot MPIN on the GCash login screen. You will receive an authentication code to access your security questions. After answering them correctly, you will be able to change your MPIN.

If you haven’t nominated your security questions, please submit a ticket to Help Center to request an MPIN reset.
